Immediately after you place your order, and payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

3. What if I receive an incorrect order?
In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us; we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
6. How long will my order take to process?
Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. As a general rule this is between 5 to 7 days.
7. How much engraving can I put on my award?
This depends on the product picked. Each item has a maximum number of lines available. Twenty to twenty-five letters per line and three lines are suggested for most products. You may use a logo or artwork in place of one or more lines of engraving, for a
8. Where do I enter my engraving information?
When selecting a trophy you will see a box underneath to tick if you require engraving. You will then be asked what font you require. Under this is a box for you to give us your engraving instructions.
9. Are there any other payment options?
Yes. We will accept cheques made to Prestige Trophies Ltd. All orders paid by cheque will not be considered placed until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
