£6.95 (orders over £99 free carriage)
To Northern Ireland £7.50 (orders over £99 free carriage)
To Republic of Ireland £7.50 (orders over £99 free carriage)

 

We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch in 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched goods should be delivered within two working days .

The Place of Delivery shall be the customers premises, unless otherwise advised and agreed. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Delivery will be by a recognized carrier with a worldwide network, or by registered mail. Both are signed for services and will require someone to be available to take receipt of the goods. Please note we cannot take responsibility for late deliveries if someone is not present to sign for the goods.

Our carriers do not operate any timed delivery services so cannot give a time for delivery. Carriers will normally attempt delivery twice, if they cannot get a signature they may ask you to call at a depot, if this fails then the goods will be returned to us. Please note you will remain responsible for all costs and anything that has been engraved cannot be refunded.

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us; we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
